Jack's Birthday

For Jack's birthday, I gave him the choice what he wanted to do.  We could go on a real train ride, Minnesota or Madison Children's Museum,  Minnesota Zoo, waterslides at WI Dells, or a party with his friends.  He chose waterslides.  I asked him on several different days to make sure.  John had Jack's birthday off of work since it was Columbus Day.  So we drove down to Great Wolf Lodge after Jack's school (he got to be the leader that day).  We got a free upgrade to a 1 bedroom suite!  They had a great time going down waterslides.  Even Alec went down some decent sized slides.  He would have gone down bigger ones if we let him.  Then Jack got pizza and an ice cream sundae for dessert.  I went to the outlet mall to shop quickly and daddy took them trick or treating around the lodge.  They were hopped up on sugar when I got back.  The next morning, Jack got his favorite breakfast...donuts from Dunkin' Donuts.  Then a few more hours of waterslides before heading home.
