Visiting Great-Grandma, Grandma and Grandpa May 12

Jack, Alec and mommy drove down to Arlington Heights, IL to visit Great-Grandma, Grandma and Grandpa.  We hung out at Great-grandma's house.  We also went to a "farm" in Schaumburg that we visited 2 years ago with the McCauleys.

the kids loved all the chickens.  the chickens wouldn't stay away from Grandpa.  Probably because he's allergic.

Cow.  There were also pigs.  Alec loves pigs in books but real pigs looked a bit different.  He was a little afraid of the real deal.

We went to Brookfield Zoo.  It was a bit cold and cloudy but we had a great time.  It was packed with kids on a field trip so they couldn't run around very much.  They would have been run over.

On the way home we stopped in Madison and went to Henry Vilas Zoo.  We can't get enough of zoos apparently.
