We had a great July 4th Holiday. It was pretty hot all week so Jack decided to cool off in his pool. He is really starting to love the water. His face even went under once and it didn't even bother him. His swim lessons are working. In the picture, that is his tongue sticking out. He went through a couple weeks with the tongue hanging out all the time.
We also went to the parade. Jack had a good time watching everyone go by. He was a little afraid of the fire truck because it was loud. He burried his head against my chest but he never took his eyes off of it. he also didn't quite know what to make of the Shriners and their speedy cars or the clowns playing the hamster dance. He didnt stay up for the fireworks. Maybe next year.
